This document describes the cookies and tracking technologies used by isoladiburano.it in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device while browsing. They allow the site to remember preferences, measure visits and — in the case of third-party cookies — display personalised content. Some tracking technologies do not use traditional cookies but produce similar effects (e.g. pixels, fingerprinting, localStorage).
Technical cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the site to function and do not require consent:

Plausible Analytics
Category: Analytics — cookie-free | Server: European Union
Plausible is a web analytics tool that uses no cookies and is GDPR-compliant by default. It collects no personally identifiable data, does not use fingerprinting and does not transfer data outside the EU. For this reason it does not require user consent under ePrivacy rules.
Data collected: visited page, referrer, country, device, OS — all in aggregated, anonymous form.
Category: Analytics | Controller: Google Ireland Limited
Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous data about visits (pages viewed, duration, device, geographic origin) to help us improve our content and campaigns. Google Tag Manager is the technical container managing script loading.
These tools are activated via Consent Mode v2: without consent, no cookies are set and Google uses only aggregated statistical modelling to estimate conversions.
Category: Marketing | Controller: Google Ireland Limited
We use Google Ads to promote the site on search engines. The conversion tracking tag measures actions completed by users (e.g. clicks on tour widgets) following an ad. The remarketing tag allows us to show personalised ads to past visitors across Google and the Display Network.
Without consent, Consent Mode v2 ensures only aggregated, anonymous data is used for conversion modelling — no identifying cookies are set.
Category: Marketing / Advertising | Controller: Google Ireland Limited
If activated, Google AdSense displays contextual advertisements within the site. Google may use cookies to personalise ads based on user interests and previous visits to other sites. Without consent, AdSense may display non-personalised ads based solely on page content.
Category: Functional / Affiliate | Controller: GetYourGuide Deutschland GmbH, Berlin
We embed GetYourGuide (GYG) tour booking widgets on our pages. When the widget loads, GetYourGuide may set cookies to remember user preferences, track affiliate conversions and personalise the displayed content.
Tiqets widgets and affiliate links may appear on our pages for ticket and attraction bookings. Tiqets may set cookies to track booking sessions and attribute conversions for the affiliate programme.
Category: Functional / Booking | Operator: IL DOGE DI VENEZIA S.R.L. — Technology: Mediacy
For certain local tour bookings we use the reservation system of Il Doge di Venezia S.R.L., which is powered by the Mediacy platform. The booking widget may be embedded on our pages or reached via link. Mediacy may set technical cookies required to complete the booking and its own analytics or tracking cookies.
We do not have direct access to Mediacy's cookie configuration. Please refer to the provider's privacy policy for full details.
This Cookie Policy may be updated if the services we use or applicable law changes. The date at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.
Enjoy a little taste of the timeless atmosphere that you breathe in these places through a convenient and economic boat trip to the islands of the Venice Lagoon.
Departing from Venice, can be complicated for a tourist reaching Murano, Burano and Torcello by public transport, so we thought about comfortable tours of the islands which depart from the Santa Lucia train station in Venice, from Piazza San Marco and, in summer, also from Punta Sabbioni, the end of the Cavallino-Treporti coastline.
In our catalog there are various boat tours options: starting from the classic excursion to Burano, Murano and Torcello, up to the excursion to Murano and Burano with a fish-based lunch in a typical restaurant in Burano.
A novelty are also the tour of Burano, Murano and Venice starting from Punta Sabbioni and the daily excursion to Venice and its islands starting from Jesolo Lido.
In short, if you want to visit Murano and Burano, as well as Torcello and Venice, without sacrificing comfort, seating, explanation on board .... book online the boat trip that's right for you.
Choose the visit to the islands that you prefer, by pressing the button below to have access to our online catalog.
If you are a "DIY tourist", who prefer to move freely without the comfort of our tours, you can get to Burano with the public vaporetto (Line 12). You can skip the line at the ticket offices buying the water bus tickets online.
Plan your weekend in Venice: take a ride in our section dedicated to museums, events, tours, attractions and hotels in Venice and lagoon islands.
Compose online your holiday package in Venice, adding to cart individual services and booking them all at once!
